I think I'll be moving when the husband retires. Michigan is getting too crowded with moon bats.

Probably put Corker in, amazingly after given the Dem Bredensen the biggest re-election margin in state history. Bryson (R) didn't start ads until two weeks before.

Tennessee is a perfectly beautiful state! And its politics is tolerable, certainly compared to most.

Nonsense. there was hardly any hype from either side on the marriage issue. Both the marriage amendment and Bredesen's re-election were foregone conclusions. People turned out to vote for the Senate, period.

Tell me again how Karl Rove's strategy of harnessing the evangelical vote is taking the Republican Party into oblivion!!!! We would be down one more Senate seat and have the insufferable Harold Ford Jr. as our newest political rock star were it not for the evangelical vote. If evangelicals had turned out in similar numbers in Virginia we would still have the Senate. George Allen didn't give them a reason to vote for him.

Didn't I read some hogwash on FR yesterday that the evangelicals didn't turn out for Republicans?

Mississippi is alittle too deep South for me. ;) TN is more border.

At least Michigan got the affirmative action vote correct.

At least Michigan got the affirmative action vote correct.Yeah, until some University of Michigan honch-ette gets a lawyer to fight and win it in court. She's already threatened. I can, in a way, understand why people stay home from elections. What's the point if a judge or court is going to make our votes null and void?

Another God forsken activist judge. Right you are!
I definitely understand your point concerning "voting reversals" by these leftist judges. What else needs to be said?
