Of course she does! It is not as easy to lead and make decisions about the Nations WOT. It was so easy to sit on the sidelines then bitch, and complain about everything Bush was doing to fight the WOT, and now that the power has been given to the liberal socialist Dems, no one wants to be responsible for making those hard decisions! The Clintoons refused to make those hard decisions, instead electing to pass them on to the next President. The liberal socialist Dems stick their fingers in the air, and what ever direction the wind is blowing that will be the direction they will take, just to stay in power! To hell with doing what is right for the security of this Nation and the military personnel who are in harms way. Their power will always come first! The Nation next, and the military last in all decisions!

Sign The Petition for Conservatives Leading the GOP in DC

http://www.cafenetamerica.com

and then we must begin now to join and grow the membership of GOPTEAMLEADER for the next year and a half. We especially need young and minority conservatives

http://www.gopteamleader.com

Now is the time to do this!

Imo, this is the first dumb move I've seen by Pelosi so far (most of her others have been good), if true.

Murtha does not impress me one bit (intelligence-wise). Hoyer is a very smart guy, imo.

Great, they are going to put a bonafied kook into the leadership of the House

SSSSHHHH! REPEAT NOT NOT SPEAK AGAINST THIS. Instead, pray your brains out for this to happen. I know of no surer way for the GOP to gain 50 seats in 08 than for this demented, senile KOOK to be majority leader.

Pelosi is the power behind Murtha. She was told by consultants two years ago to do everything, say everything to take out Bush. She had no military credibility, so she recruited Murtha - the old vet - to attack Bush on Iraq at every opportunity. Majority leader is his reward.

I agree.

Yes, Iraq played a part in the elections but those who were unhappy about Iraq thought we were too politically correct in the way we are fighting it and most do NOT share Murtha's (and most liberals) way of thinking.

Murtha earned the job. The other democrats were opposed to the war but chicken shit about it. They ran under Murtha's skirt for cover. Because no matter how wrong he is, he stood up to the GOP, when the rest of the dems were their usual cowardly selves.

They hate the war, but aren't brave enough to do much about it. Murtha gave them cover. Well this ex marine lifer is opposed, I am just listening to him, yada yada yada.

There is a lot we don't know about Murtha. Someone should make him a project. Sign the 180 JP.

Well, we can say "IT FITS". This treasonous anti-American pig has worked hard in typical lib fashion to EARN this post. That is what his wretched exitence has been all about over the past couple of years. A classic example of why TERM LIMITS are so mandatory for the future of America.

Thank You again to the mindless voters of America for doing this to us ----
