There were whispers a couple of months ago that maybe, perhaps, there could be an investigation next year. It seems the DOJ and FBI were to busy investigating Rep. Curt Weldon and Border Patrol agents to bother with this corrupt EX-marine. Who cares now.

I agree. While I still hate many of the positions of guys like Joe Lieberman, at least he isn't insane. The far Left (Murtha, Pelosi, et al.) are just plain crazy.
Still, I think that if the American people are exposed to enough of their psychosis early on, we won't have to worry about a Dem controlled Congress for very long.
