We didn't need overflight permission to take out the Iraqi reactor. We just went. We'll do the same with Iran IF the Prime Minister develops a backbone in time.

This is a different problem. Osirak was a vulnerable, above-ground building that could be taken out with one strike. Iran IMHO will require a sustained campaign over days if not weeks to take out air defenses, establish air superiority and then bomb multiple targets, many hardened underground. It won't be easy, whoever does it.
