I have a widespread feeling that this is total crap. Statistics manipulation in other words, based knowingly on false assumptions...common tactic of leftists.
This is just another problem for our Democrat-controlled congress to magically solve. They'll demand McDonalds to sell cheap food then sue them for fattening the poor. Wait, they're already doing that.
