If you have been sending money to terrorists, then you are claiming the right to fund terrorists to they can kill Americans -- and we claim the right to use violence to stop you.

If you have been sending money to the middle east, not to terrorists, then you are claiming the right to keep all such transactions secret, so that others can send money to terrorists; we don't recognize that right.

And why just the Middle East? There have been terrorist operations in Europe, America, not to mention Afghanistan and Pakistan are hardly unknown to terrorist groups!
