MORENO VALLEY

Three people, including two Mexican nationals, were arrested on drug charges after authorities said they seized 65 pounds of cocaine and 43 pounds of methamphetamine worth a combined $3.7 million.

Ramon Medina, 36, Pedro Medina, 39, both of Mexico, and Sylvia Payan, 39, of Moreno Valley were arrested late Thursday when authorities raided a house in this Riverside County community, sheriff's Sgt. Dennis Gutierrez said.

Payan's four children, all under 10 years old, were home during the raid. They were taken into child protective custody, Gutierrez said.

The three suspects were jailed on $1 million bail each for investigation of drug possession and child endangerment. They were scheduled to appear in court Monday, when prosecutors were expected to file charges, Gutierrez said.

It wasn't known whether they had retained lawyers.

Gutierrez said the two men, both in the country illegally, would be turned over to immigration officials after prosecution.

Investigators said they believe the house, located near three major interstate highways, was used as a way station for drug traffickers and that the drugs were destined for Los Angeles and other major U.S. cities.

But of course a flood of stories like this won't stop Arbusto from wanting amnesty. Amazing that he can stand by and watch cases like this every single day. Amazing that criminals entering this country and commiting crimes on our soil daily doesn't bother him. Amazing that he can watch hundreds of Americans die each year because of illegals driving drunk. Amazing he can watch all of this and do nothing but make nice with Mexico.

Automatic death penalty for major crimes by foreigners.
And 2 strikes and you are dead for lesser crimes (deportation on the first...)

Deporting them is no answer and the libtards shriek too much if we re-institute chain gangs and 'hard labor' to try to lessen the burden of warehousing the criminals at public expense.

These guys were obviously minding a wholesale warehouse.

There are probably many of this size scattered throughout S.california so they are not susceptible to a massive loss at one time.
