FORT RILEY, Kan. -- Spc. Ronnie Wheat wears a Combat Action Badge, proof he survived a life-threatening encounter while deployed in Iraq. Now he wears a Soldier's Medal, proof the 70th Engineer Battalion Soldier helped save two civilians from a life-threatening accident on a highway between Fort Benning, Ga., and Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. |

Initial knee-jerk reactions under pressure are a true measure of the type of person someone is. Apparently this soldier has excellent character. He definitely deserves recognition.
Being a soldier myself, this is one of the coolest and most prized medals to obtain. He truely risked his life for another stranger....something the Left would have you ignore.
There is no better statement to the rest of the world and nation that our troops. by example of this action, are the finest in the world, IN AND OUT of uniform.
God Bless!
That's better.
