The Evil Empire has taken off it's mask of deception through Putin previous public relations & diplomatic con jobs on appeasing Western leaders. Let's really hope the West wakes up before it's too late.

Pulling the mask off now might show desperation. They are the ones that decided to show their true colors. No one forced them to be honest. Why the desperation ? Perhaps they did not expect to lose the Mexican Presidential election. Perhaps their truly do fear their internal Islamic population. Perhaps Putin fears the ability of the exiled Oligarchs to support a coup attempt. Perhaps the loss of Fidel Castro weakens their ability to covertly undermine the US. Perhaps they view Iran now as unstoppable. Perhaps they simple got caught with their hands in the Polonium cookie jar. Lots of possibilities.
