Baker Botts didn't get this job for no reason - among many, the fact is that James Baker has worked for the Saudis and other Arabs for decades...and not for free.
What we have here is a simple case of James Baker knowing where his bread has been, is and will be buttered. This report could just about have been written by the Saudi government. For example, WTF does Israel and its conflict with the "Palestinian People" (whoever they are) have to do with Iraq, some 500 miles away? NOTHING!! The Sunnis and Shiites have been butchering each other for over 1,000 years, but this is (according to the gospel of Jimmy B.) the fault of the JOOOOOOOS in charge of the "Zionist Entity."
