UN Human Rights Council's Israel Spotlight Continues

(CNSNews.com) - The U.N. Human Rights Council has ended its third session having spent more time focused on Israel than on all 191 other U.N. member states put together. According to statistics drawn up by the Hudson Institute's Eye on the U.N. project, the Geneva-based body dedicated nine hours during the Nov. 27-Dec. 8 session to Israel, compared to six hours spent on discussing other country-specific situations in the rest of the globe. The rest of the time was spent on issues not specifically relating to individual states, it said. The HRC was established earlier this year to replace the U.N. Commission on Human Rights, which became widely discredited because of the presence and obstructionist behavior of regimes frequently accused by Western governments of human rights violations, coupled with a disproportionate focus on Israel. Since the HRC began operating six months ago, the 47-member body has held three special sessions - all on Israel.

To the UN the source of evil are those "f*cking Jews" - or as Mel Gibson had phrased it earlier this year, "those responsible for all the world's wars." With thinking like that, its no wonder the UN remains obsessed with the Jews.

The real definition of human rights, UN style, is passing over in silence Iran's attempts to defame the Jewish people through inviting all the world's anti-semites to Teheran to denounce the Holocaust.

classic instead of condemning their actions, the UN's actions condone Irans antics.

The UN's actions are truly objective and ethical

Well, UN is occupying the "Palestinian territories". Those are UN camps out there, are they not?

Rogue regime assassinates a Prime Ministers and a Cabinet Minister in their neighboring country and the UN (Useless Nations) dares not utter a peep of condemnation.

The situation in that World Body is beyond help. Burn the UN building, clear the land of the residual garbage and build apartments in Manhattan. This land is too valuable to waste.

This collection of despots and dictators, with its Human Rights Committee, are part of a wasted decade, Annan’s legacy.

The UN Human Rights Committee spend their time condemning Israel but do nothing to help the children of Africa sexually exploited and raped by UN “Peace Keepers”? Enough said…
