Wow. The state bar itself has filed a complaint? It's one thing to face an ethics complaint. People file spurious complaints all the time that the state bar is obligated to investigate. But when the state bar files a complaint on its own initiative, that's often a sign of seriously bad mojo.

Not exactly on their own initiative, since the reports are that there have been over 400 citizen complaints received by the AG, I believe.

It is interesting to note that the Bar opened a file on Nifong on March 30, tho.
