I posted in a thread last week that, when Nifong dropped the rape charge, but retained the kidnapping and assault, he did so primarily to give himself time to find a defense for his actions and delay the inevitable lawsuits from the 3 accused.

His case literally fell apart last week when the female accuser could not even substantiate that she might have been raped. He had failed to even talk to her until last week, apparently.

I just hope those 3 guys sue him for everything he had. Maybe their attorneys can even find some way to sue Sharpton and JJackson and 'attach' the scholarship moneys Jackson supposedly provided for the accuser.

I don't think we'll ever know when he or his minions first spoke to her because she's a well-established liar and so is Nifong - he perjured himself to this very judge. What I think we do know is that last week we saw Nifong pull one of the puppet strings he has attached to Mangum in order to help partially bail him out of the trouble he got himself into with Meehan and the DNA results.

I would say; that this action, will cost the State, about 5 million for each of the "boys".....

I imagine the accuser's lawyer saying something to her along the lines of: "You need to bail on this mess, baby, or your ass will be in the sling. Let's leave that big, dumb white guy [Nifong] holding the bag." Which would have been damn fine advice.
