Tasteful?
Horse$ht, it is a homage.
He does not deserve any respect whatsoever.

I've been watching coverage from CNN and Fox on TV and I'm fairly impressed with CNN's coverage tonight.

CNN's Eason Jordan admitted he entered into a verbal contract with Saddam Hussien not to report the truth about what happened in Iraq.

I remember the lousy job that Anderson did defending CNN's airing of the video showing American soldiers getting shot by snipers. Tell him what you think, HERE.
To: msnimje
The point is...it is a flattering picture. I don't know if you understood my point of view on it...I wasn't being complimentary towards them.
Especially when they go out of their way to find unflattering images of President Bush to post.

So, CNN will be respectful of Saddam in deciding what pictures they will show of his demise, but were gleeful at being propagandists for the insurgents in Iraq when they showed the sniper footage. CNN should be immediately shut down.

What's really creepy about it is that the pendulum motion of the noose matches perfectly with the ticking clock on my wall.

So the media is worried about being "disrespectful" to Saddam.
Strange that they didn't have any of those sentiments when they showed images of dead American troops being dragged through the streets of Mogadishu in 1993.

Those pictures were meant to provide fuel to an anti-war fire that CNN and other liberal media outlets wanted to generate.

I love this one with the kitten! I bet Sad-damn probably kicked a lot of kittens.
Love to send that one to Pope Benedict's cat, the Pope protested in the smallest voice he could find.
I agree with Msnimje about President Ford. He was a handsome guy, and that's the best they can do? Personally I saw one of him in a Boy Scout kerchief I like very much. Oh well, maybe CNN will reconsider when they realize he wasn't a big Bush fan, ^_^
