I'm going to run and catch it on CSpan. I missed it today because I was at work.

FORD'S CEREMONY IS ON C-SPAN NOW, HE IS STILL ON THE SENATE SIDE, SO IT JUST STARTED

Hellary is the only one with her hand on her heart .. what is up with that?I suppose someone informed her that that is protocol when a flag passes and they forgot to tell her it didn't apply to flags on caskets. I mean, what does she know.

The pictures look like a lovely service, and the Ford children [not children any more] evidence being well brought up.
Fitting tribute for Gerald Ford.

Tom B. said that President Ford called him last year and invited him to speak at the funeral. Many of them said that Ford had a very good and respectful relationship with the press, despite their differences of opinion.

Looked cold and windy - I was thinking when they were all standing outside the Capitol building how long it must have been for some of the older ones.
Probably fine for the likes of Cheney and Rummy but some of those older ones it must have been quite an ordeal

Yes, and I am surprised no one mentioned her.
To: Bahbah
"I suppose someone informed her that that is protocol when a flag passes and they forgot to tell her it didn't apply to flags on caskets." I was thinking that very same thing. You think she'd notice that she was the only one doing it, but not our self-centered Hill.

James Baker is in a crowd of several hundred people, and he is THE ONLY one in a tan over coat!!!I'm sorry but that says it all for me about James Baker.

I think the best overall was Cheney's eulogy at the Capitol ceremony.

I'm pretty sure that Clinton had that same look on his face during the original 9/11 memorial service. The Clintons are an odd bunch.

It's no wonder he gets excluded from pictures on the dose, he stands out in a bad way even when he isn't doing anything. It is a good rule, not to post his picture.

I'll see if I can relocate that and post it as a photo link instead of a page link.

There were a couple of times when the camera panned onto Clinton I got the impression he was not well or did not look well.
At certain times he actually looked older than both Carter and GHWB - I suspect his health is not as good as he would lead us to believe.
