Walk around here with a "ICE" jacket on and see how many turn and walk/run in the other direction. That is a good indication of whether they are illegals or not. BTW, if they were legal, they would report the crimes.
A relative LEO told me the most lucrative targets for robberies in NC are the "exchange houses" where both legal and illegals take money to be wired back to their home countries. Because many are illegal, reports are sketchy, because they are less than secure, they are easy targets, and because many send major portions of their incomes "home", the targets are RICH.
