I've been interested in Declarations of War as they relate to the War Power of the People of the United States since I was 17. My interest in the subject was originally stimulated by the possibility of an all-expenses paid trip to SE Asia from Lyndon Johnson without said Declaration (I didn't win the trip), but I think you are right about the issue "what do our troops deserve"?

These are the missing words which they deserve from us, and which we can only give through our representatives in Congress assembled: "to bring the conflict to a successful termination, all of the resources of the country are hereby pledged by the Congress of the United States."

More Clinton weasel-words.

As usual you can guarantee that every word out of any Clintons mouth is a lie.

Maybe she will next attempt to redefine the word 'vote' ?????

Without them it seems it is real easy for congress to walk away from their moral obligation to our troops.
