Former Jersey City Mayor Bret Schundler can add campaign strategist to his list of titles.
From his office on Second Street, Schundler, 48, helms People Power America (www.peoplepoweramerica.com), a for-profit business that licenses Internet-based software designed to enable political candidates to better organize their volunteers - largely for phonebanking purposes.
