Yes, and no. Remember the bitterness between the McCain v. Bush people after SC in '00? And this is even more bitter at a very early stage.
People who don't pay attention till after Labor Day in an election year will have no clue. But the poltical insiders will. So, if/when Obama were to drop out, it's not likely his more ardent supporters and staff will wilingly go to the HRC camp. And they will continue to sabotage her at every step.
