There will likely be much more "fallout" if something isn't done about Iran - literally.
We've got Iran surrounded by our positions in Iraq and Afghanistan. It's one of the unspoken reasons why we're in Iraq in the first place. And Hillary/Obama are willing to let Iran become a terrorist nuclear state. We can't afford to let that happen.

There will likely be much more "fallout" if something isn't done about Iran - literally. I suspect that if Israel has to do it there will be "fallout" anyways. They only have one weapon that can signifigantly damage irans nuclear ambitions. It's not like they can get away with 24/7 refueled airstrikes from Israel.

We've got Iran surrounded by our positions in Iraq and Afghanistan. Iraq to the west, Afghanistan to the east, and our Naval presence in the Persian Gulf to the south. Iow, the U.S. is in a far better position to deal a crippling blow to Iran's nuke facilities than is Israel, who'd have a much longer trip (flying over several Arab countries) requiring a massive refueling effort. (Iran's nuke facilities are spread out over their entire country). In addition, we have the superior weaponry.
If this is going to be done it's going to be done by the U.S.
