I guess it's not going to sink in with many people here at FR. It's WHERE SHE MADE THE COMMENT! AT CPAC!
Dear ajolympian2004,
"I guess it's not going to sink in with many people here at FR. It's WHERE SHE MADE THE COMMENT! AT CPAC!"
Shhh... you're making sense. That'll make some folks' heads explode on contact.

IMO, you're the one missing the point. Libs have called Bush and his administration far worse things IN THE HALLS OF CONGRESS!!! Their treasonous comments are recorded in no less that the Congressional Record for future generations to read.
This time next year, only the outraged leftist MSM will remember or give a rat's patootie about Ann's comment. But, by the same token, three generations hence, future historians can read Cynthia McKinney's allegations in the Congressional Record that Bush knew about the 911 attacks and did nothing to prevent them.
Should we also see to it that a little thing like 9/11 not cause us our our speakers to be mean to the Islamofascisti?
Is there or ought there to be something soooooo specially PC about CPAC that its speakers had better not be critical of homosexuals, Islamofascisti, communists, socialists, babykillers, street thugs, dominatrices, gummint skewel teachers, animal "lovers," and participants in twelvesomes (single or multiple species, single or multiple genders) lest conservatives be considered "mean" or "heartless" or, Wodin forbid, "insensitive?????"
As a Catholic, I reserve my reverence for God and religious occasions. As a conservative, I want to be part of the most irreverent POLITICAL movement of all, directed at the enemies of Western Civilization. As someone else posted, if they can't stand the heat, they should get the heck out of the kitchen.
SO? What better place to speak of PC gone mad? The shocking thing is that so many got their widdo feeeeeeeeewings huuuuuuuwt, AT CPAC. What are we, the new party of whiney liberals?
Yeah? So? There is a contingent here treating it like farting loudly at St. Patrick's Cathedral for pete's sake...
OH well, at least it got people's attention.
Put her on the podium again and announce it in advance (in the MSM)--right after a key speaker who has a steadfast and serious message to deliver, maybe people will tune in early and be converted...
OK, that does it. Now I've got to search 'CPAC'!!

Were YOU there, BTW??
