David Corn seems to be thrilled at the thought of a conviction, even more than the others in the media. What is his involvement in this case, I can't seem to recall.
David Corn is buddies with Joe Wilson, Corn wrote the original article in which Wilson hinted that his wife worked for the CIA.
And yes "reasonable Doubt" means just that, whatmay happen is a comprimise verdict, YMMV.

David Corn is up to his beady eyeballs in this....he was the one who "outed" Plame first....plus he probably has done some pushing for this prosecution. He'a s despicable person.
Corn is tha a--hole who started the whole story going about how the administration tried to punish Wilson by outing his wife. The premise made no sense then and it still doesn't. Corn made that particular accusation up out of thin air.
