We Missourians get a new plate coming the summer or fall of 2008.
The people of Missouri had a choice to select one of three different designs.
The majority of us seems to like the Bluebird (state Bird) sitting on a Hawthorne branch (State flower)

I will not pay extra for a lic. plate. Does it cost more than reg. plate? Or is it to be reg. plate?
Indiana has a new plate as well with our flag and the words "In God We Trust". Fortunately, it costs the same as the standard boring green one. For an extra $20 you can get one saying "Support Our Troops" with a yellow ribbon.

I'm afraid you don't have a choice in the matter.
It's a regular plate. We just had a new one (previous one) not to long ago.
