Could it be at last that the Virginia Senates semi-Republican obstructionist is retiring?
Thats the word we get around the Virginia blogosphere this week. And in our opinion, not a moment too soon, and perhaps four years too late.

This may be a good development. Just as important is, who will succeed Chichester in the state Senate?

On another front, did anyone catch Cavuto on Friday? He said he was still getting email sounding off about Jim Webb's appearance earlier in the week. I didnt see it, but the topic was apparently Webb's bill to prohibit the President from taking military action against Iran without the consent of Congress.
Cavuto read a couple of the complaints. The first one said Webb was the most "arrogant pompous ass" he had ever seen--and added that he was worse than Alan Colmes. (Now *that* is bad.) The next said something like "does Webb understand what Commander in Chief means?"
I was laughing too hard to catch the third.

It's about time. Chichester and Potts, too! This is great for the commonwealth.
