All of these folks came on duty prior to the "don't ask, don't tell" policy. Therefore they lied to get into the service. Every one of them, except possibly the Chaplain, held a security clearance and lied on their clearance application form.

I think they had more than one moral flaw. They should be the ones apologizing.

I wonder if they're still entitled to their pensions if they admit to having lied? Do they admit to having violate the UCMJ as well?
