Has anyone here ever laughed about how many highway workers it usually takes to do a job? 4-5 standing, while 1 shovels, and 5 trucks idling in the roadway.
These are your tax dollars idling.
It seems like reducing the State Payroll and Benefits Package could save $$$$
i grew up on a dairy farm without much money where folks actually worked!
i live in an apartment building where the maintenance guy is lucky if he works 1-2 hours per day. and, he's bitchy. he's an illegal from our neighboring country and bitter that he wasn't born a rich gringo!
to be honest, the white management sit on their butts in the office. they're angry too!

The guy from A&M solved that problem when he designed a shovel that would stand up by its' self. I guess he could not find a market.
