I don't know what it is and let me tell you it's very frustrating when a person is policy orientated.

The United States doesn't recognize the legitimacy of these courts for the same reasons. Also, the accused can be protected and not allowed to be cross examined or the accused is not allowed to cross examine the accuser and the accusations can stand by the preponderance of "evidence". What they call evidence is amazing.

It's arbitrary and politically charged. Far from our legal system of jurisprudence here.

I see. Show me any Islamic country who is a beacon of light for justice and democracy. An example for the world. I dare you. Yes, incapable of democracy. Islam and democracy are like water and oil.

Also, Bosnia is not really an Islamic country. There are Christian Serbs and Croats who live there as well. Bosnia is in fact another mini Yugoslavia. Ironic isn't it?

Once you get rid of the Christians then it will be an Islamic country. In fact, I'm sure that would be fine with Silajdic, but I'm sure you'll be watching the Jihad.
