Hey, I'm all for private roads, I think they should all be private.
But not at the cost of stealing peoples property.
The issue is what is being sold, who receives the proceeds and where is the taxation stream that pays for maintenance coming from....it is a way for the public servants to keep taxes from being raised by the private companies unfettered ability to raise FEES...and to stick the taxpayers for emergency Bond issues....I think it is a scam...
