A guitar signed by Brian Wilson is truly a priceless item for any rock ‘n’ roll fan.

Prayers for Tony!

I saw an article where one of Mick Jagger’s daughters assured him she’d never touch drugs after seeing “Uncle Keef” !

ROCK ‘n’ roll never forgets - and it hasn’t forgotten Tony Snow. The ailing White House press secretary and amateur rock musician got a special get-well gift this week: a guitar signed by Roger Daltrey (The Who), Brian Wilson (Beach Boys) and Paul Stanley (Kiss). It was presented to him by David Fishof, creator of Rock ‘n Roll Fantasy Camp, which Snow attended last year. Fishof said Snow told him he’s “doing well” and plans to send his son Robert, 10, to the camp’s London outpost this summer. Robert will get to play with such greats as Bill Wyman (Rolling Stones) and Jack Bruce (Cream).

Thanx for the Ping, nutmeg. Tony Snow’s range of talent never ceases to amaze me. One can only wonder what lies ahead: a singing career, American Idol...the movies? 8)

Tony is truly gifted in so many ways and, most of all, with so many friends.

I am very surprised abot Roger Daltry’s participation with this gift. I had read he was a moonbat lefty.

Maybe he has enough decency and humanity to trump his political leanings.

I think Daltry is an o.k. dude, and I’m pleased he thought enough of Tony Snow to put aside any politics to wish a good man well. Says a lot about Daltry, but says a lot about Snow too, he must be a really neat fellow to get a signed guitar from these titans of the music industry.

Dust Of Snow

The way a crow
Shook down on me
The dust of snow
From a hemlock tree
Has given my heart
A change of mood
And saved some part
Of a day I had rued.

I know... he's amazing! Quite frankly, I'll be very happy if Tony someday returns to his talk radio career. :o)

Yep, me, too. But, Tony seems to outgrow each career he pursues.

[Unfortunately, the only thing I consistently outgrow is my waist size!]
