I think this is an issue. Why not discuss it? I'm not smearing anyone, nor am I bringing up the dead, as one disgusting minded poster put it. I'm merely saying that I see a similarity. It might account for his transgressions and flip-flops.
I mean, you did know that he was a dem who worked to get McGovern elected, and then an Indy to give the appearance of neutrality to the Reagan admin., and then an Liberal Party member cum Republican, aka a "fusion" candidate?
