I suspect there will be multiple Beslen’s here either at the same time or within hours or days of each other. I expect 3-5 at the same time. Will see. No inside info. Just collecting puzzle pieces from the news and postulating.

Asian, but I’d bet Muslim. Asian appearance could be a way of saying Arabic in a manner to avoid a fatua.
