Universal Health names ex-Sen. Rick Santorum to board

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Universal Health Services Inc. said late Monday former Senator Rick Santorum has been appointed as a director. Santorum, who served in the Senate from 1995 until 2007, becomes the King of Prussia, Pa.-based hospital operator's ninth board member.

Here's another person who personifies credible, consistent, committed conservatism that shames all the fair weather pseudo-conservatives, even the ones found on the premier conservative website of all time!!!

Notice how every Republican candidate is trying desperately to claim the conservative mantel? Doesn't look to me that conservatism in on the wane... ANYWHERE!!!

I like Santorum; he’s very pro-life, but I never saw him as a solid conservative. He did wash out on alot of bills that would have made an important difference. I guess that there really isn’t such a thing as the perfect candidate.
