A lot more is being done than is being reported. There’s effectively a gag order in the case. That’s why we’ve not been hearing much about Cold Cash Jefferson’s exploits lately.

I don’t understand why Republicans stood up for Jefferson after his office in Washington was raided. Do they not realize how that looks to the rest of us? Corruption is corruption, and it must be rooted out. If that makes Congress uncomfortable, so be it.

I think you’re right but it’s the first gag order that I know of that’s worked where politicians are involved.
