Nothing I’ve read explains this guys relationship to the family or the girl. How did he have private access to her for so long? Is he a teacher or a relative? A babysitter?

He married her at age 6 but didn't consummate the marriage until age 9. Is that solar or lunar years? If it's lunar years, she was probably just 8 solar years old.

I understand you. How could a father NOT know? Having an undeveloped part of a little girl’s body violated repeatedly would obviously create pain, would it not? I realize this is somewhat grotesque but wouldn’t the little girl complain, exhibit a different gait, etc.? 9 year old girls are not developed enough to withstand this. Something very fishy here in reference the father. Incidentally, I have a little girl.

Something is terribly terribly wrong in the more grand scheme. It used to be that a 9 year old was de-facto pre-pubescent, isn’t it? Why are children sexually maturing faster? The idea that she could be menstruating at age 9 is appalling in and of itself.
