Freepers are posting on the Florida board to call Martinez’ office about the immigration issue.

Sen. Mel Martinez is one of Bush's point men on getting this immigration bill crammed down the throats of the public (all the while they're doing their damnest to cut the conservative base loose from the Republican Party).

Martinez is also the RINO chairman of the Republican National Committee.

Please read the various threads to bring yourself up to speed on this issue. We're all busy doing our various FReeper things to intercept the passage of this legislation. Each of us has to do our own research on the threads if we're not informed or don't know what to do at this critical time.

Start by contacting your representatives in the Senate and House. Then keep your eyes peeled each day for notices of further activism.
