SHANGHAI, May 19 (UPI) -- Chinese leaders are angry about what they perceive as bullying behavior by the United States on trade issues, it was reported Saturday.
The increased strain between the two countries comes as China prepares to bring a delegation to Washington next week for high-level economic talks, the Washington Post reported.

Bush should ask Hunter to sit in on the talks. He hates chicoms.

Perhaps when the Chinese delegation comes to Washington, they can be treated to a nice dinner of melamine-chicken and antibiotic-laden farmed fish. If they don’t feel well after this lovely meal, give them some nice medicine sweetened with antifreeze. See how THEY enjoy China’s fine exports.

A lot of issues that Hunter has highlighted seem to be coming to the forefront. This is his chance to break out of the rut of name recognition/MSM overlook.

Who will lose the most if trade is reduced? We may have temporary shortages and some items' prices may rise -- and other stuff of economics.
Red China will add millions more to their unemployed, more resentment of the corruption, more resentment of the foul environment -- and other stuff of revolutions.

Yep. And of all the great answers he nailed in the 2 debates,my favorite is telling the world that Iran won’t get close to getting nuclear weapons on his watch.

Substantial parts of their population may convinced by the PRC government that all that "bad stuff" happend because of American corporations, capitalists, and the U.S. in general. Don't count your revolution "chickens" before they hatch.

Chinese leaders are angry about what they perceive as bullying behavior by the United States on trade issues, it was reported Saturday. This is an old negotiating trick. Act angry, to deflect attention away from what the Chinese themselves have done (e.g., killing thousands of our pets with tainted exports, stolen countless military and industry secrets, etc etc).
It often actually works.

The title should read: “China posturing...” not “China bitter...”
It’s a negotiating ploy.
As usual, we’ll lose. Because we don’t even try to win anymore.
We just get along. By letting everyone else win.

Thanks for the ping.
Does anyone have a list of all these China stories we have been following.
I would like to send them to my Senators.
I sent a long list of links to my Senator a couple of weeks ago about the use of rx drugs in this country.
I could not believe it the other day when his Washington office called and she said the Senator wanted her to call me.
Emails do work.
Let’s let them know how we feel about China and their stinking no good crap they are sending us.
I mean story links, not forum links.
I should have kept one myself, but did not realize how this was going to grow.
I think it would have quite an impact to list them all and tell them to tell China to stick it.
We are not buying this crap.

From the WaPo article: "In next week's talks, the Chinese side is expected to seek fewer restrictions on high-technology exports and a
recognition that China has become a market economy." Yeah, run by a good squad...Party leaders do love the color of money!
