Not much better in Boston/Cambridge....$220K might get a studio.

Meanwhile...Bill’s in town stumping for Hillary.....probably go after some of the 300,000+ college women in town....and he’ll rake in well over $2 million for one speech at $2300 per.

THAT man’s got get-out-your-wallet charisma.

However, it is patently absurd to believe that donations made via the web site are the only, and likely not even the primary, source of funding.

That's right. I was one who signed up last night, donated a little cash, and arranged for emails to be sent to 4 individuals. I suspect most of the interest came through his interview with Sean Hannity. I know that's the first I heard of the website.

If that's true, then this is a rather impressive beginning. It reflects immediate grassroots reaction to his interview after the debate.

Y’know, I’ve always wondered why it seems like ES is so ticked off that Fred is first tier, without even trying. It almost seems like an obsession for him.

Take my advice, TQC and others: don’t feed the trolls, it infuriates them.

I mailed a check on the 4th as well, plus I made an online contribution last night just to cover the bases.

Just donated another $50 in you honor.

C'mon everyone...give ElectricStrawman a break. I think he feels bad that he isn't able to give. Let's help him out by donating in his honor.

1. Fred will have other sources of donations other than one internet webpage.
2. Fred won't need to raise as much because he already has instant face recognition.
3. This money has been raised before he has even announced that he's officially in the race. That is another solid indicator of how much will follow.
4. Since you're touting statistics kowledge, would you mind telling everyone how good of a sample size 18 hours would be for a 15 month campaign?

Oooooo....lame names to try to make $220K seem huge. Meanwhile...3 of the rest have proven they can consistantly rake in $220+K every day.

THAT’s the fact....$220K for one day is wholly unimpressive...$220K every day for 90 in a row...bet that’s nothing because you’re candidate’s not doing it. Fred strings a full quarter of $220K days together and maybe you STILL won’t have a point other than a lame ad hominem.

I’m going to wait to donate after he announces so that I can get a bumper sticker.

Fred could opt for public financing. Has he said that he will refuse “matching funds” from the govt?

I have known ElectricStrawberry along time, I gave him his screen name. Electric is more Conservative than than a lot of the fakers on FR and a fine young man on top of it.

Wow...$220K in one day vs the other 3 that made that every day for 90 in a row.

One side is a trend of 90 data points. The other is one data point with a projection out from one data point.

That’s like Global Warming statistics...

“I have known ElectricStrawberry along time”

So get a room.

All most of us have to judge him on are his snarky half thought out arguments and distorted readsoning.
