No he's not. The guy on tv is Davis. The guy who resigned is his partner, Maynard.
However, Davis covers for him as much as he can to uninformed reporters.
I'm still reading about the different companies out there because I want the protection (even though it's fairly simple to do it yourself) and may yet still look at LifeLock.
