How about we just vote for conservative Republicans, and fix our party?

Not necessary....RINO’s, globalists, spineless, gutless greedy egoists stole our GOP party. It’s payback time...we take back what is ours... read my tagline...make our day.

The problem is that nobody will agree on what is a “real” conservative. I say we just stop supporting RINOs and start supporting candidates that are “real” conservatives within the Republican party. No reason we should let the liberal-RINOs take over the GOP.

Any takers?? You would have the beginnings of an organization with thousands of volunteers already in place in every state of the Union.

What’s the matter, you aren’t interested in taking up your own proposition?

This country has a two party political system, that will not change.

Fixing the problem

1. Run real conservatives in primaries
2. Support said conservatives against weak or incumbent RINO's
3. Force incumbents to the right
4. Be willing to be patient enough to rebuild the GOP

Just suppose we started “The FReeper Party.”

JimRob would be up for POTUS of course. What FReepers would be nominated for positions?

This is political suicide. How do you ever intend to get enough votes to win an election? The truth is we all need each other in order to win anything.

So, your response to the RINO’s in the Republican Party trying to move us left is...?

Quit? Surrender?

Take your ball and go home?

Yes. As of this minute I am to be this country's supreme ruler. No elections needed.

Sorry, it’s been tried. We got 8 years of Bill Clinton as a result.

The posts promoting retaking the republican party through proper conservative voting is the way to go. The party machinery is already in place, and we already have a group here as like minded freepers (for the most part) with some influence as it is. As soon as FreeRepublic itself is regarded as a political party, the legal and financial rules governing the existence of this forum will change drastically and for the worse. Let’s just trow da bums out.

We don’t need a new party. I’m afraid. We need a new country. This one is broken beyond repair. I suggest we gather a bunch of freepers and form a new government, based on the founder’s principals.
