Militant to sue over shooting (You'll LOVE this one!!!)

INDONESIAN militant Abu Dujana will sue the police, saying he was shot in the thigh by members of an elite anti-terrorist unit after surrendering, one of his lawyers said today.

Dujana, who is believed to head a military wing of the South-East Asian militant group Jemaah Islamiah (JI), was captured on June 9 during a police raid in central Java.

Lawyer Achmad Michdan said the country's anti-terrorism unit, Detachment 88, had violated the suspect's rights by shooting him after he had surrendered.

"We will sue the Indonesian police and Detachment 88 and we will ask the court to examine the basis and the process of the arrest," he said.

National police spokesman Sisno Adiwinoto said the arrest had not violated human rights.

Don't mess about with sods such as this joker.

A clean round in the head is a guaranty that said idiot will bother the body politic no further.

The ACLU are very, very lucky that an enormous majority of Americans do not realise their origin. Originally, ACLU was an offshoot of the 'Wobblies', the ultra-socialist labour organisation of the early 1900s.

Or, to put it baldly, and just exactly as the ACLU's founder, Roger Baldwin, put it -- and, as the old Yankee manager, Charles Dillon ('Casey') Stengel used to say, ''You could look it up!'' -- ''Communism is the goal''.

Not my words, not at all. These are Baldwin's exact words, in both a speech in 1922 and in sundry documents distributed by the ACLU from 1922 to (at least) 1934.

The fact that the ACLU is now subidised by a, presumptively, ''Civil Rights' Suit Collectivist Confiscationist'' law is not surprising.

Oh?? You were not aware that, every time the ACLU bring one or another lawsuit, WE THE TAXPAYERS pay them off if they're successful?

Didn't know that, eh? Well, for my part, indict every one of those SOBs on their obvious anti-Constitutional actions, and then pile it on with RICO suits.

Just use the Old Perfesser's good judgement, look it up, before you make your own decision.

After having some significant experiences in Indonesia upon which to base an opinion, my first guess is that this guy will actually hang himself in his jail cell before the case goes to court. It will be the natural end to a life filled with misery, and it will be shown that it was his depression which drove him to violence in the first place.

And the next guy they grab won't get a bullet in the leg, he'll get a few hours of "aggressive" questioning, and then be shot in the head during an escape attempt.

ACLU?... who the F&%#! are they?! Those birkenstock wearing ex hippies won't last a month in Jogjakarta.
