Al and Tipper Gore, with daughter Sarah and groom Bill Lee

Nobody doesn't like Sarah Lee (she picked up Al Gore III from jail in a Maserati).

Ahh, so this private family matter gets press coverage, photos, but that other private family matter, you know, the one involving crime, something that is always a matter of public record, that we're supposed to just let the Gore family *deal with.* Got it, thanks for straightening me out, Al.

How many greenhouse gasses did this affair cause, and how many carbon credits will it cost the Bride’s father?

Well, that answers that.

I wonder wondering if it was Bill "Spaceman" Lee.

Executive chef Helene An created a six-course tasting menu that included Chilean sea bass and roasted crab.

Hey Al, don't you know that eating Chilean Sea Bass is considered "politically incorrect"

Finally, a similar call to action has been launched by the National Environmental Trust (NET) to "Take a Pass on Chilean Sea Bass." The popular menu item, which was named the Patagonian toothfish in the Eighties when it was discovered, was renamed for a more euphemistic marketing angle when commercial fishing of the species began in 1996. The PR buzz worked only too well. Seven years later, the toothfish is so dramatically endangered that experts predict the species will be extinct in five years. Reasons for the drastic decline include market demand as well as the nature of the species, which grows slowly, lives as long as a human, and only starts to reproduce at about ten years. Thanks to this late onset of puberty, many of the fish that are being caught are younger than that, a situation that is clearly "not biologically viable," says scientist Beth C. Clark, director of the Antarctica Project and consultant to the Take a Pass initiative.

Re: ...Sarah Gore, 28, married businessman Bill Lee...

Almost had a heart attack... when I read this! I have a distant cousin named Bill that lives out in fruit and nut land...

First, Sara started writing for "Futurama" in Season 4 and... we got cancelled!

Now, I read that... I may be related to her!

However, after seeing the picture of her and new hubby Bill in Post #1, I can see he is from the Far Far East Lee Clan...

Not that there... is anything wrong with that!

Some of my best friends... have a chinaman's chance!

But I'm glad to know... thank you, Lord! She is not kin to me!

To quote, my old buddy Bruce Willis, "Yippie Ki-Yoe... Kay-Yay!

Chilean sea bass and roasted crab.

Hmm, I wonder if the family jet flew it in that morning, so it can be fresh for the wedding dinner.

The family hosted a rehearsal dinner for 75 family and friends the previous evening at Beverly Hills' Crustacean restaurant, a longtime favorite of the Gores.

Damn! I was in Beverly Hills Friday evening. If I'd know about this, I would have invited myself and as many of my Freeper friends as possible to come.

Mr. Rightfield and I went to a wedding at the Beverly Hills Hotel several years ago. That was a night to remember. Fabulous food. Impeccable service. Normally, we probably couldn’t afford a cup of coffee there. But, it was nice to get invited by some rich friends LOL.
