Finally, something we can do. Any computer “geeks” out there might be able to also “take out” those sites at the source. That is, take out their computers.
Let us do it the legal way, and contact the internet firm that host these terrorist websites and forums to shut it down.
Better yet, get into their computers and watch them (or conduct mischief, like corrupting data, altering documents, inserting false data into their systems), preferably without their knowing or finding out.

They probably aren’t using their own computers. Likely, they go to internet cafes or a library or something.
