Yes both liveleak and youtube are guilty of indirectly spreading the terrorist materials. I noticed yesterday the terrorist forums and websites were ciruclating this youtube video:

Be aware that Daily Kos, DU and Moveon.org will all be upset that their ability to help Al Qaeda and terrorist has been diminished.
