I’m surprised the police in Charlotte were that hands-off, actually. I wouldn’t call the Queen City a hotbed of liberalism, but it’s got the same problems with Rats and moonbats that most medium-sized cities do. Hats off to the Charlotte-Mecklenberg PD on this one.

The Charlotte PD is doing better recently on controlling public disturbances. They seem to have handled this well.
