The poor woman has completely lost her mind. The fact that many people in service positions are rude these days has zero connection to the fact that some people are very rich. The service personnel in question are rude because they weren’t parented properly.

The rich are getting richer, and the poor are getting richer. Those in between are doing well if they use their brains, and not well if they don’t.

That pattern has been constant for a long time in America.
