Never mind the poll. These folks need money to fight this legal battle on behalf of all of us. Donate here: (after you’ve donated to FR, of course)

I managed to get a view votes in before it wouldn’t work anymore. I’ll check tomorrow.

Sometimes, just sometimes, I wish that we could behave irrationally like a roving gang of idiots (like the illegal alien marchers and supporters) and just burn stuff when we don’t get our way. How come you don’t see conservatives riot, loot, burn, etc. when politicians and judges continue to ignore the will of the American people? I knew that this liberal judge would strike down the Hazleton ordinance just as other liberal judges did with other initiatives such as Proposition 187 in California. I’m pretty sure I’m too sane to resort to hooliganism, but if this defiance of immigration law keeps up, I may just go act like a Reconquista.
Here’s where to find the text of the decision.
Note that the Clinton apointee judge said that this was Federal business, so anyone upset at the judge should also be upset that the Bush administration is not doing its job to enforce the Federal law.
