We are landlord’s and we only advertise on Craig’s list now..we get better applications and no cost. No deadlines and no hastle.
We use the net exclusively to look for new realestate investments. I only read newspaper realestate editorial content online..and mostly it is wrong..except for reporting statistics(which we also get online).

All those quotes you mentioned are proof that Alvin Toffler's prophecy of de-massified media from his 1979 book The Third Wave has become 2007 reality. The public Internet has done to the mass media what Johann Gutenberg did to Europe circa 1450 AD with the low-cost moveable metal type printing press--it democratized the dissemination of information.

Thanks for posting that treasure trove of quotes from great thinkers. Avid Dinosaur Media DeathWatchers™ ought to look for a riff on this little jewel:
"Journalists are no better than other liberal-arts majors at doing regression analysis with infinite variables." -- P.J. O'Rourke,WSJ, 4-16-02

to pop up in the near future. LOL.
