FOX is the only one airing video, so far.
The Bay Bridge didn't collapse in '89, only a single section on the top level came partially loose.
A section of elevated freeway in Oakland, however, did collapse.

Look at the pictures on Fox. There is a Semi on fire.
it is worse according to a reporter who was here in 1989 when the Bay bridge collapsed and did say it was worse
