I’m his base and I’m not loonie. I suspect you really don’t have anything substantial to say on the subject.

You may not be a loon, but a disproportionately high number of loons comprise his base.

But the fact is that Paul has no really support. I support Ron Paul. I've told friends about him, friends who were discouraged that there were no real conservative candidates for President. He'll get a couple of extra votes this year thanks to me.
It ain't much, but it's something.

Misunderstood, I though you were suggesting he’d approach his internet poll standings in public polls.

I dunno about that. After all, when Gore was VP, he supported the resolution for regime change in Iraq. Mellencamp didn’t even want to respond to Afghanistan. Sounds more like a Kucinich/Paul guy.

If Paul should decide to run as a third party candidate, whose champagne do you think he’ll be peeing in?

What are you suggesting? Rush Limbaugh, William F. Buckley, George Will, Robert Novak Paul Weyrich etc etc etc, all use the term NeoCon!

""Neocons"... code for "Jews"..."Interesting that you are attempting to expand and change the meaning in order to assert your obviously racist tendancies.

I’m his base and I’m not loonie I don't think you are. I believe Paul's base comes from three very different groups:
- Traditional conservatives who are desparate for a return to 100% pure core values. (I would consider you, Xenalite and a few others in this category) While I admire your intentions, I believe that you are being led off a cliff by Paul who is using the Constitution as a Pied Piper flute.
- Those who are afraid of some CFR/TriLateral/NeoCon conspiracy to control the world, or worse, 9/11Truthers. (hopefully not to many here, but sometimes I wonder).
- Liberals who either like Paul's position on the WOT & Iraq or HSW types who see it as a way to split our side, especially with the hope that Paul could go third party.
