WASHINGTON, Aug. 10, 2007 All active-duty components made their recruiting goals for July, Defense Department officials announced today.
After missing recruiting goals for May and June, the Army made 102 percent of its goal for July. |

Like the Corps ever missed a recruiting goal...
It does help that the Army just got got $1 BN (yep, One Billion $) for use in it bonus program. Seems like now you can pull down 20Gs (or more) for a 4 year hitch.
That has got to be a big help in geting the best/brighest to sign up.
